FAQs & Contact

FAQs

1. How are the gifts packaged?

All gifts come beautifully wrapped in colourful packing paper and include a handwritten card adding that extra special, personal touch every time. We make every effort to package gifts in such a way to avoid damages in transit.

2. Will there be any marketing materials in the boxes?

No! We never include any marketing or promotional materials in the boxes. Your gift will look like it’s come straight from you, not from Forget Me Not Gifting.

3. How do the subscription boxes work?

Our subscription boxes are refreshed every year with new products, so your gift recipient never receives the same box twice. Subscriptions automatically renew each year unless you cancel. You will be charged initially at point of order, then 5 days before the recipients birthday annually after that. Billing dates can be alteredin the "Manage My Subscription" page.

4. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel anytime by giving us at least 5 days’ notice before the upcoming birthday. If you cancel within this timeframe, you won’t be billed or sent a box for that birthday.

5. How will I know when my subscription renews?

We’ll email you 7 days before your box is due to be dispatched each year. After that, you’ll have 48 hours to cancel or change your subscription for the upcoming year. After this period, you will be charged and the gift box will be dispatched.

6. What if I want to return a gift?

Returns are accepted, but the cost of return shipping is usually your responsibility unless we agree otherwise. Please get in touch with our Forget Me Not Gifting Team if you need to make a return.

7. Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

8. What happens if my delivery is delayed or damaged?

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the courier or other third parties.

9. What if a product is out of stock?

Sometimes products may be unavailable due to supplier issues. We will always do our best to provide an equally lovely alternative.

10. What laws govern these terms?

Our Terms and your subscription are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
